idk never had a gf so can't tell you from experience, but from the looks of it i don't think so. he seems just in it for the sex. you need a sweet guy who wants to love and care for you and who will leave sex till last, or if not will only do with your permission. the fact that he won't kiss you but will finger you and feel you up means that he wants you in bed but he doesn't want you in his heart. that's it, from how you described him it doesn't seem like he cares for you, only his personal gratification. i'm in no position to judge, being inexperienced and all, but a sweet girl like you deserves better.
