Well being a girl I personally think she may have some feelings for you, but you need to answer for yourself do you think she is worth it? Considering how far away she lives. You need to think about these questions: Would you really travel to Germany to see a girl you met over an Omegle? Has she done this to other men before?
I wouldn't do anything funky but you could learn German if you want to. But I think it might seem a little too good to be true. And usually I make smiley faces a lot when I text too so idk if you should Take that in a special way. Not trying to be mean, this is just my full honest opinion.

just because she uses smilies kisses andcuddles or wotever does not mean she fancies you some people always use them, my kids do it to everyone they email or text or chat to, as for learning German oo lalala I know thats French lol, just tell her you are still learning your native tongue, it just seems to be general flirting and you know there are couples together who met origionally on the net or even as "pen-pals, though for most people its just a bit of flirting, usually it is in innocence and fun, making you feel on top of the world if you need a shoulder to cry on or an ear to bend your German friend as I had to tell a friend recently who was devastated her American male friend who began ignoring her and was always playing pool with another female for most of us the friends we meet on the net are usually for fun, lets say a fantasy, arranging to visit each other ect, most realise its never going to happen, what happens closer to home is reality, so my advice to you is keep in touch with her but please do not become infatuated or let imagination become your reality because theres the chance in 3 months you could be in the same position with someone else. As for learning something if requested by a 3rd party I would only do that if it was something I wanted to do myself and if it would be beneficial, on that note you could learn it become fluent and become a translater.
