Well as much as I don't like lying in this situation I think "what someone doesn't know won't hurt them".If you never fully intend to meet this person face to face I would just leave it as it is. The only one that really needs to know WHO you were talking about is *you and your birth mother*.
If pushed however, just be as kind as you can and explain that your message was intended for your birth mother and you apologize for the misunderstanding.

You can't list people as family just like that. I tried to list my brothers as my brothers and they wouldn't let me, so I defriended them. You need to ask her politely to please not list you as her daughter and you were referring to your real mom. Ultimately you can just defriend her if she's making your life difficult. That will probably remove you as her daughter, also. But you might never skype again after that, because she will probably be hurt.
