She is probably scared to tell you incase you don't feel the same way, even if you think it may be obvious you do she might not see it that way. Also she might just be afraid you might reject her, you have two options
1.ingnore her and see if she reacts. (may damage relationship)
2. ASK HER!

it sounds like she is fishing for compliments. she wants to be told that somebody likes her, she wants to feel like somebody 'wants her' but she doesn't want that somebody to be you.... she likes having you around to because you will readily tell her these things, and if it means letting you feel her up then thats fine with her... has she told her friends about you? she might be to embarassed to tell anyone about you or admit she likes you, which would be sh*tty and in which case move on, there are other people who would be interested in you and want to tell everyone about you and tell you that they like you...

it comes across that she might be using you to make her feel better or the other side of the story may be that she is unsure of whether she wants anything to serious, how old are you both?
how long have you known her?

also, friends with benefits is a bad idea, and you need to realise that because it makes you sound like all you wanna do is sex her and thats it. also, you could possibly lose a good friend if it turns sour after doing the deed.

she cant have her cake and eat it, if she likes you then she must also make the effort to tell you she likes you, otherwise you are free to do what you want, speak to who you want and not have to worry about her being jealous.
